Like many, I came from a broken home. In high school, I watched my parents operate like NPCs in a video game—going through the motions as roommates, not life partners. After their divorce, my mom moved to another state, leaving my father to raise four kids alone. In hindsight, I realize their lack of communication was what ultimately led to the death of their marriage.
Over the next 12 years, I watched my father struggle with depression, slowly isolating himself. I was the last person he opened up to before he ultimately decided to end his journey. I know the depth of his pain, and his final words are what drive me forward in my work.
My mission is to create a space where people can feel seen and heard without shame or judgment, especially in conversations about intimacy—the crux of any relationship.
My vision is a world where individuals embrace and celebrate their sexuality without fear or shame which fosters better communication for healthier relationships.
I am on a mission to promote a shame-free, healthy understanding of human sexuality by fostering open communication in relationships. I achieve this by actively engaging with communities, promoting media literacy to challenge stereotypes, and empowering individuals through entertaining, educational initiatives.
I began my career at Emory University, working alongside doctors and medical professionals to develop programs aimed at improving bedside manner—essentially communication in vulnerable settings. I collaborated with simulated patients, highly trained individuals who portrayed medical symptoms and provided feedback on how well medical students and professionals communicated. My work focused on teaching them how to build trust and rapport with patients from the moment they entered the room. Over a decade, I became deeply immersed in studying and evaluating communication between people in highly vulnerable states.
After transitioning into corporate marketing and employee culture-building, I further honed my ability to understand and influence team dynamics. In marketing, psychology and communication are key to crafting messages that resonate with an audience, subtly persuading them to act. I quickly learned how small shifts in communication could completely transform workplace culture.
My experiences at Emory, combined with my marketing expertise, gave me a unique skill set—one that allows me to coach others on how words can transform relationships. In my personal life, I’ve also dabbled in theater, further sharpening my ability to convey emotion and intention, often without words. Acting, after all, is about communication in its purest form.
And finally, after 12 years in the dating world following my divorce, I gained firsthand insight into how deeply ingrained communication patterns can either strengthen or destroy relationships.
These experiences have given me a unique eye for recognizing patterns in human communication.
Cue Liam Neeson voice: "...What I do have are a very particular set of skills, skills I have acquired over a very long career. Skills that make me a perfect to help like you."

I am your wingwoman.
The number one thing I do as a wingwoman is listen. With my unique background in communication coaching and education, I've developed a distinct skill set that allows me to identify patterns in your behaviors and thinking—patterns that often create barriers in your life and your relationship goals.
As we work together and focus on your goals, I’ll share the patterns I observe and recommend strategies to help you adjust those behaviors.
My coaching sessions involve active engagement, meaning I am with you every step of the way. After our initial consultation, we will create a step-by-step plan, and I will be alongside you to help you throughout the journey.
As we work together, naturally you and I will chat and get to know each other intimately. This is where you can express yourself 100% free from judgment. We discuss relationships, sex, current dating trends, and everything in between.
No, it's important to note that my services are distinct from therapy. Therapists delve into deeper emotional or psychological issues, whereas my sessions focus on practical strategies, communication skills, and educational aspects of sexuality, dating, and relationships.
I bring over a decade of experience teaching communication at the collegiate level, where I helped students and medical professionals enhance their interpersonal skills. My background as a marketing copywriter has made me an expert in the power of words, and after spending more than 12 years navigating the dating world, I’ve gained invaluable personal insights.
Now happily taken, I’m eager to share my unique blend of academic knowledge, professional expertise, and real-world dating experience to help others build genuine connections.
Sex positivity is the idea that people should have the freedom to embody, explore, and learn about their sexuality without judgment or shame.
