Like many, I came from a broken home. In high school, I watched my parents operate like NPCs in a video game just going through the motions as roommates, not life partners. After their divorce, my mom moved to another state, leaving my father to raise four kids alone. In hindsight, I realize their lack of communication was what ultimately led to the death of their marriage.

Over the next 12 years, I watched my father struggle with depression, slowly isolating himself. I was the last person he opened up to before he ultimately decided to end his journey. I know the depth of his pain, and his final words are what drive me forward in my work.

My mission is to create a space where people can feel seen and heard without shame or judgment, especially in conversations about intimacy, the crux of any relationship.

For over a decade, I immersed myself in the science of human connection, especially in vulnerable moments.

I began my career at Emory University, working alongside medical professionals in high-stakes environments. I portrayed simulated patients and led debrief sessions to improve bedside manner. Think Kramer in that one Seinfeld episode, but ours was legit and professional. Over time, I moved from performer to educator and logistics coordinator.

I bring over two decades of expertise at the intersection of education, communication science, and real-world relationship coaching.

Academic background: I spent 9 years at Emory University participating in programs to improve communication in high-stakes, emotionally charged environments. I trained medical professionals and students in how to build trust and rapport through body language, language choice, and emotional intelligence.
Marketing expertise: With a background in branding and copywriting, I understand the psychology of messaging and how to help people present themselves authentically and effectively in dating and beyond.
Lived experience: After 12+ years navigating the dating world post-divorce (and failing plenty along the way) I saw firsthand how outdated beliefs around sex, love, and connection keep people stuck. Challenging those norms changed everything for me, and now I help others do the same: unlearn what’s not working, rebuild confidence, and create relationships on their own terms

Sex positivity means freedom. The freedom to explore, express, and enjoy your sexuality without shame. In my work, it also means normalizing conversations around intimacy, pleasure, and boundaries especially in a world that still treats those topics as taboo.
