Like many, I came from a broken home. In high school, I watched my parents operate like NPCs in a video game just going through the motions as roommates, not life partners. After their divorce, my mom moved to another state, leaving my father to raise four kids alone. In hindsight, I realize their lack of communication was what ultimately led to the death of their marriage.
Over the next 12 years, I watched my father struggle with depression, slowly isolating himself. I was the last person he opened up to before he ultimately decided to end his journey. I know the depth of his pain, and his final words are what drive me forward in my work.
My mission is to create a space where people can feel seen and heard without shame or judgment, especially in conversations about intimacy, the crux of any relationship.
For over a decade, I immersed myself in the science of human connection, especially in vulnerable moments.
I began my career at Emory University, working alongside medical professionals in high-stakes environments. I portrayed simulated patients and led debrief sessions to improve bedside manner. Think Kramer in that one Seinfeld episode, but ours was legit and professional. Over time, I moved from performer to educator and logistics coordinator.
I mastered the art of crafting communication that transforms people, cultures, and relationships.
Transitioning into corporate marketing, I refined my ability to craft messages that inspire action. From understanding team dynamics to transforming workplace culture, I’ve learned how subtle shifts in communication can make a big impact. My expertise blends marketing psychology with actionable strategies, helping people connect authentically.
Cue Liam Neeson voice: "I have are a very particular set of skills, skills I have acquired over a very long career. Skills that make me perfect to help someone like you."
After my divorce, I spent 12 years navigating modern dating and all its cringe-worthy, confusing, ugly, and beautiful parts. That combined with my professional experience...the result? A smart, hilarious, and radically honest approach to dating, sexuality, and self-expression.
In my dream world, nobody feels weird talking about sex, feelings, or what they actually want. We ditch the shame, speak up, and connect for real.
My mission is to normalize conversations around desire, relationships, and human sexuality without the shame, stiffness, or self-help jargon.
Through a mix of humor, real talk, and lived experience, I help people reconnect with their confidence, communicate honestly, and navigate modern dating with way less confusion and way more clarity. Whether I’m on stage, behind a camera, or one-on-one with a client, I use education, comedy, and candid connection to challenge outdated norms, decode the media noise, and make growth feel a whole lot more human (and fun!)
I will be your ally, your coach, your sidekick. My goal is to help you conquer relationship roadblocks and become your most confident, connected self.
Whether you're reentering the dating world or trying to deepen an existing connection, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.

No, this isn’t therapy. I’m not a licensed therapist, and I don’t treat clinical or emotional disorders.
What I offer is coaching rooted in communication science, social psychology, and real-world dating experience. My work is about forward movement, skill-building, and showing up as your best self in relationships.
I bring over two decades of expertise at the intersection of education, communication science, and real-world relationship coaching.
Sex positivity means freedom. The freedom to explore, express, and enjoy your sexuality without shame. In my work, it also means normalizing conversations around intimacy, pleasure, and boundaries especially in a world that still treats those topics as taboo.
I offer a safe space to talk about it all.
